PAYMENT
All products must be paid in advance. Payments can be made using Visa or Master Card. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling.
DELIVERY
We endeavour to despatch your order within 14 working days of receiving it. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help trace your goods.
For school photographs only: the distribution of pictures will be handled by the school itself once all the orders have been finalised. Therefore we are unable to guarantee a 14 days’ time frame.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
It is not possible to return any kind of images and claim a refund, since all products are individually manufactured. On all other products, the customer has 14 days to return the pictures..Please return the item to the address below via recorded delivery including the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. FAULTY PICTURES HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been checked we will send a replacement when possible.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be declared directly to HLR Pictures within 3 working days after reception of the item. All complaints should be sent via email to: info.hlrpictures@gmail.com

HLR Pictures Ltd does not hold any information regarding card number, expiry date or card security code.
